It's a white wine, that is technically a rosé because it's made from red grapes, namely Cabernet Franc. Essentially this is what is known as Blanc de Noirs (white from black). The grapes were pressed directly with almost no skin-contact, hence the pale blush color. Wait for the sediments to settle at the bottom, or have it cloudy. 

This wine is a stunner, first and foremost because of its rich honeyed aroma. It goes down plush and syrupy with a white-tea-like tannins and a tingling (kilig-inducing) acidity that's balanced by its rounded characteristics. Fresh and Vibrant! Delicious, nostalgic flavors of washed sugar, with the sourness of a fresh lemonade, and a sweet impression of strawberries and peaches. Long, warm finish with toasty sourdough notes and salt. A real class act.
