Calvez Bobinet headed by Sebastien Bobinet and Emeline Calvez, is one of the most respected natural winemakers from Saumur, Loire Valley in France. Taking over 1.8 hectares of vines from his grandparents, Sebastien, a 7th generation winemaker, started Domaine Bobinet with a focus of growing grapes organically and making wine without any additions. Emeline on the other hand brings her expertise as well-respected sommelier. Receiving training from the likes of Olivier Cousin, the Foucoult Brothers of Clos Rougeard and Beaujolais forefather Jules Chauvet, Sebastien and Emeline now craft some of the most beautiful natural wines representing Saumur.
