Deliveries and Returns
Within Metro Manila
Express Delivery*: For a delivery fee of ₱180, we can deliver anywhere in Metro Manila on the Same Day for orders placed before 2 PM, and on the Next Day for orders placed after 2 PM. [Monday to Friday]
Free Delivery: Anywhere in Metro Manila within 5 Business Days. [Monday to Friday]
Where we can't deliver the package ourselves, we use our partner couriers to ship your orders. We will send you a notification via email or SMS to let you know that your package is on the way.
*If there are any delays (e.g. adverse weather condition), we will get in touch with you.
Outside Metro Manila
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, kindly get in touch with us (IG: @somelove.ph, E: email@example.com). We will work to find a solution that best suits your needs.
Shipping Delivery Attempts
Please make sure you have someone you trust to receive deliveries.
If our partner rider arrives at the delivery address and there is no one to receive them, our drivers will do their best to contact you and will wait for 15 minutes.
Otherwise, your wines will have to be returned to us and we will get in touch for you to arrange for self pick-up.
Hot Conditions, Adverse Weather Conditions, Unavailability of Couriers
Like many things that need love, all our wines are very sensitive.
During extreme hot weather we may hold back shipping if we feel there is risk of heat damage to the wine during transit.
We may also delay shipping during extreme rainy weather (e.g. heavy rain) when we feel that it is not safe to travel.
There are times of the year where there is a surge of demand of couriers and we might not be able to find a delivery partner rider during this time. For these instances, we may have to delay shipping.
We will advise you if there might be delays.

If anything's wrong with the wine or you just aren't happy with it, get in touch within a week of purchase and return to us with at least 3/4 of the bottle for full store credit. Just contact us (IG: @somelove.ph, E: email@example.com) within 24 hours of opening it.
Breakages or Incorrect Delivery
For any incorrect item delivered or breakages upon delivery, please take a photo, let our courier know and get in touch with us at the time of delivery (IG: @somelove.ph, E: firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will provide you with store credit.
