Bianka and Daniel Schmitt are not just winemakers but pioneers in the new wave of German wines. The young, passionate couple, who helm a two-century-old estate in Rheinhessen, are dedicated to producing grand wines that are as natural as possible. They manage 16 hectares of Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards from which they craft wines full of life and freshness. Their 'Natur' range is a testament to their commitment to low-intervention winemaking, with zero added sulfur, and all their wines are unfiltered, unfined, and reflect their personality and creativity.
