L’mourouse is a fresh and vibrant rosé from France, made from a mix of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah grapes. The grapes are carefully handpicked to ensure the best quality, then fermented naturally in concrete tanks to keep the wine’s pure flavors. It also has an added smooth texture, with minimal additives and no filtration.
This salmon-pink rosé bursts with flavors of juicy strawberries, tart cranberries, and a hint of ripe tomato, with a fun sour candy twist. It has a balanced taste—not too heavy, not too light, making it refreshing and easy to drink. Perfect for warm days by the beach, casual hangouts, or pairing with light meals. 12.5% abv.

Viticulture: Farmed on 40 Hectares of land, grown on 20 - 50 year old vines, on clay and limestone soil. Handpicked.
Winemaking: Fermented in a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts, in concrete tanks, aged on fine lees. Minimal sulfites added, no filtration.
In 1992, Alain Carrere and his wife, Agnes founded Domaine de Majas in the area of Caudies De Fenouilledes, France. With deep roots in wine making, Alain’s ancestors had been growing grapes in Roussilon. Alain began by following the conventional approach, and selling the majority of his production to large super market chains. However, after an encounter with winemaker Tom Lubbe; Lubbe offered to mentor Alain with a fresh perspective of using Carignan, Grenache, and the rare Marcabeu variety and emphasizing organic viticulture and minimal intervention in winemaking. From there, a verbal agreement was set in motion with all 40 hectared converted into organic farming, synthetic additives, commercial yeasts, and excessive sulfur were eliminated from their winemaking process. For Alain and Agnes, it was more than a technical change, it was a renewal for the vision and passion of winemaking.
