This blend is light, characterized by a creamy acidity with a mineral finish that wakes you up and shakes you, in an endearing way. This drink beckons you to imbibe in lunchtime libations of heady schmooze with the regal Pinot Gris and lively Pinot Blanc. On the nose, sneaky hints of a newly-opened can of ubiquitous corned beef makes you wonder if it tastes like what it smells like but a hint of petrol, frothy brine and the fleshy bit near the seed of a green mango on the palette meets you instead with reckless abandon. This wine has a lot to say and a lot of love to give.
