Marto Riesling 2021
A beautiful, open Rheinhessen Riesling made like a Chardonnay. It has unique aromas of caramel, corn, creamy cheese, and sans the petrol. It comes in a pale yellow dress with a slight haze from the sediments. On the palate it flows with creamy acidity, apricots, minerals, and a calamansi finish. It's a light wine, yet curiously complex in its fruit.
11.5%abv.
Reminds us of: Butterscotch, Cereal milk, Popcorn, Gouda
Quality Time: Serve chilled. On a casual date night with a special someone or with friends. Best paired with saucy and savory dishes like Butter Chicken and Kaldereta.
