2021 Voodoo Doll Riesling
This stunning Riesling that starts off with a strong nose of blue cheese, petrol, combustion, and molasses-- perceptible and intriguing notes that feels intoxicating. Its tasting notes will take you on another spin, from floral notes of elderflower, white tea, and guava to spicier notes of molasses, fig, and cinnamon. The wine slides down in silk-like manner, very smooth, with almost no discernible tannins, and ends with a medium finish.
It's a young wine with massive aging potential. We recommend opening it a day or two before drinking it.
