FKK Rot 2021 (1 Liter)
This Rot is a funky blend of several german grapes that highlights each varietal's best quality. The nose on this can be a little off-putting to some: it smells like an altar. Strong floral notes of rose, jasmine, and sage make a this a wild blend. On the tongue, it's a bright splash of sour cherries, raspberry, and cranberry. It’s dry through and through with a medium to light body. Light tannins too and incredibly smooth-flowing.
This red is funky and fun, and is a nice entry to natural wines. Don't be pressured to finish the 1 liter bottle, as this is a developing wine-- meaning, its character changes through the days. Day 1 or 3, it's delicious, and is absolutely a smashing company on a hot summer day.

Quality Time: Serve lightly chilled. In your safe space with people you love. This light-bodied wine would pair well with almost anything, but we reckon a Pastrami sandwich and thick-cut fries would be great pals with this red.
