2020 "La Châtelaine Vézelay" Chardonnay
La Châtelaine is one of the most sought after white wines coming out of the newly renowned Vézelay appellation in Burgundy, France. Made from organically farmed Chardonnay vineyards, the fruits are hand harvested and directly pressed into steel tanks, going through natural malolactic fermentation for round and creamy characteristics before maturing for 8 to 10 months on lees (yeasts) for added personality.
This makes for a classy, generous and textural Burgundy Chardonnay. With a unique balance of fruit and minerality, this wine boasts flavors of apples, cream and yogurt, white peaches, layered with bright acidity. Expect excellent structure and a long finish. With so much elegance, this our way of introducing natural wines to your Titos and Titas. 13.5% abv.

La Soeur Cadette (Domaine de la Cadette) are amazing and incredibly aware winemakers based in Vezelay in Burgundy.
With a climate cooler than in Chablis but with greater sun exposure, and with a mountainous vineyard on granite, limestone, and fossilized marine deposits, La Soeur Cadette produces wines that balance generous fruit and deep mineral structure.
With 22 hectares of organic farming and a negoce activity since 2016, Montanet-Thoden is owned by Catherine Montanet and Tom Thoden and the wines are now made by Valentin who is showing that he has learned well from his father and is making wines of the same purity but with his own distinctive stamp.
These domaines practice organic viticulture, use no pesticides or herbicides in the vineyard and no additives in the winemaking process. The grapes are fermented using only the naturally occurring yeasts
